- If a product comes damaged, I will replace it or issue a refund.
- If an item never arrives, please wait at least 4 weeks from time of purchase before contacting me, as sometimes things get misplaced in the mail and arrive very late. I am happy to resend or refund the order in if it never shows.
- If you are not happy with your product, please contact me and we can talk about a solution.
